If you require an invitation to apply for a travel visa for this tournament, the tournament organizers will require the following information PRIOR to sending an invitation letter: --You must register and pay your tournament entry fee on our website --Full name as it appears in your international passport --Passport ID number --City, State/Province, and Country you are traveling from --Copy of the informational page of your passport including the picture Your invitation will state that YOU are responsible for all travel related costs. The tournament organizers are only confirming that you are a registered player. Your invitation will state that you are required to stay at the tournament hotel and no other location. You agree that the tournament organizers have the right to remove you from the tournament for not securing and paying for accommodations at the tournament hotel. If you agree with all of these conditions you can email the tournament organizers with the above mentioned information after you have registered and paid for the entry fee on the tournament website.
